Stand By Your Man! Usher’s Wife Believes Herpes Lawsuit is Fake!

Tammy Wynette said it best when she sang Stand By Your Man, but we are not sure the song covered herpes transmissions and multi-million dollar lawsuits! Well it seems Usher’s wife and manager, Grace Miguel, is standing by her husband/client through his herpes scandal.

As you recall, it was revealed a few weeks ago that Usher settled outside of court with a woman (who happened to be a bridesmaid at his first wedding–SCANDALOUS!) after she learned she contracted herpes from the singer. Since then another woman come out of the wood works claiming they too contracted herpes from Usher.

Grace, however, believes these lawsuits and accusations are fake amidst this aforementioned woman who is suing him for a whopping $20 million dollars!

Usher and his wife, Grace Miguel, are rock solid on the heels of the $20 million lawsuit against him for allegedly giving a woman herpes … TMZ has learned.
Sources close to the couple tell TMZ … Grace isn’t concerned at all about the allegation Usher slept with a woman, who sued as Jane Doe, at least twice this year. We’re told Grace, who’s been Mrs. Ush for 2 years, isn’t giving the lawsuit any weight.
Our sources say the woman suing has a history with Usher. She was a close friend of his first wife, Tameka Harris, and attended their 2007 wedding. We’re told Usher believes she has a thing against him, and has for a long time. That’s why Grace is paying her no mind.
As we first reported … the woman wants $20 mil from Usher for allegedly giving her herpes.

This is getting messier by the minute! Yet another woman who was a “close friend” of his first wife had been having sex with him too? Where is the loyalty? Atlanta was yet again the focal point of a scandal last night! As we are sure you already know the R&B Singer, Bobby Valentino or Bobby V (songs include Blackberry Molasses, Slow Down,  Anonymous, etc.)  for short, was exposed by a transgender escort who he failed to pay for her “services.”

Meek Mill (@MeekMill) Says He’s Not A Snitch, Didn’t Jump Safaree (@IAMSAFAREE), & Drake (@Drake) Beef Was His Fault!

Meek Mill sat down, on Thursday, with Hot 97’s Ebro In the Morning and spilled some hot tea about a few times that he’s been the top story in the media over the last two years.

Who could forget the blazing bars Remy Ma spit on her Nicki Minaj diss track, Shether, back in February? Meek’s name was mentioned within the first minute. “I saw Meek at All-Star, he told me your a** dropped. He couldn’t f*** you for three months, because your a** dropped”, Remy rapped. Your mouth may have dropped upon hearing it at the time, but Meek says it was a lie. When asked to address the infamous bars, the rapper insists that he never told Remy those things. He also suggests that Remy would likely verify that fact for herself, if asked. Meek says that, at the time, he simply went along with things nonchalantly. Meek and Nicki were newly broken up. He says that he heard Shether at the same time as the public, and described the diss track as “fun and games”.

 

On accusations that he and his entourage jumped Safaree at this year’s BET Awards:

During BET weekend, Safaree Samuels posted an Instagram video alleging that he had just been jumped. He accused Meek Mill of being the person behind the attack, possibly motivated by underlying beef regarding their shared ex, Nicki Minaj. When asked about the accusation, Meek denies involvement, but implies that the culprits may have been overzealous fans of his. He stated, “I ain’t really handle him like that. He got man handled on his own time”.  And in regards to the beef, “I’m out of that situation with the girl (Nicki)…I don’t got no problem with him”.

Once again, who could forget Meek Mill vs. Drake? The beef was initiated on Meeks end when the rapper tweeted:

 And we all know how that story ended. Meek told Ebro of his state of mind at that time saying “I was, like, out of control at that point. The way I was coming at everybody. I offended, like, a lot of people”. He admits that he could have handled things better, but accepts the situation for what it was. Meek is optimistic about possibly mending fences with Drake in the future. He prefers for it to happen naturally, however. “No one can fix this but me, or him. And really, it’s up to me”, he says of arranged reconciliation tactics.

 Meek also spoke about turning thirty, personal growth, and his bout with drugs, including  “lean” and Percocet, and his decision to quit both. It seems that turning thirty, coupled with some life experience has awakened a more mature side of Meek Mill.

We Are Here For It! Priyanka Chopra (@priyankachopra) Rumored To Be In Talks w/ Disney (@Disney) for Princess Jasmine Role!

Disney has scored some major hits over the last few years with its live action take and twists on its classic tales. Maleficent, Cinderella, The Jungle Book, and Beauty & The Beast were all well-received; and the company has announced its plans to create films out of Mulan, The Little Mermaid, Winnie The Pooh, The Lion King, and Aladdin! Honestly out of all the live action films we are anticipating it is Aladdin we are most excited out. It seems like a no-brainer that this should be the next film in line to become live action, and the rumor mill is turning that casting is already taking place.

We have no confirmed names for any roles, but word on the street is that Quantico’s star, Priyanka Chopra, is in talks with Disney to take on the role of Princess Jasmine in the upcoming live action Aladdin film!

The rumor mill of Atlanta is always churning, but often its rumors turn out to be facts. Yesterday, we reported that Brandon Karson may have departed his hit radio show, with Tripp Ali, The Plug, and as of this morning we can confirm he is definitely no longer a part of the show.

A representative from The Plug reached out to us late last night with an official statement regarding Brandon Karson’s departure.
