Makeup Artist Threatens Kylie Jenner (@kyliejenner) w/ Legal Action For Ripping Off Her Pouty Pics!

    Is the Trend Setter, Kylie Jenner, now stealing the ideas of others?

What’s going on with Kylie Jenner? Well Kylie Cosmetics has been called out by Los Angeles based Makeup Artist Vlada Haggerty for constantly ripping off her pictures!

Via TMZ:

“Kylie Jenner specializes in makeup, so she may want to seriously make up with one woman who’s threatening to drop the legal hammer on her for ripping off her photos to promote Kylie’s cosmetics line. A woman named Vlada Haggerty says her Instagram is littered with photos of women striking various poses which accentuate their lips. The pics are striking …pale women with dark lips and stuff like that.”

“Vlada and her professional photog claim Kylie has jacked the style of the photos to hawk her wares, and they’re threatening a lawsuit. They say the pics are dead ringers for theirs.”

“Here’s the problemo … there’s a whole legal thing that ideas are not legally protected — just the images — and Kylie did her own version that may be similar, but as Freud said, “close, but no cigar.“

So far no words have been spoken by Kylie Jenner in regards to this matter.

Has Kylie Jenner simply ran out of ideas when it comes to being creative?

Vlada and her professional photog Julia Kuzmenko McKim are thinking of taking the 19-year old to court. The pair are threatening to sue after the Reality TV star rolled out her new holiday makeup campaign, featuring an image with a resemblance to theirs!

TMZ claims ideas aren’t legally protected so sadly this may not be much of a case for the Make Up Artist Vlada!

Is it just us or has Megan Fox been a total “fox” since we first met her in Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen’s movie, Holiday in The Sun? If Kylie Jenner thinks she’s fooling the public then she’s definitely the one who’s fooled.

As the star took to Instagram Sunday morning, she showed off an unmade up face and her “natural” lips.

On the above pic she captioned:

“you know it’s gonna be a good Sunday when ya weaves out & u haven’t put ur face on yet”

Now by the looks of it Kylie’s lips seem to be fuller and luscious than before, but she claims she’s never had injections or fillers just over-lining makeup techniques to make her lips what they are today.
