Lil Fizz (@Airfizzo) Announces The Release Of His Book On Fatherhood!

Lil Fizz best known for being a member and rapper of the R&B group, B2K and currently, starring  on the television show, Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood is releasing a book. The rapper went to Instagram on yesterday to announce the soon to be released book.

 “Excited about my new book coming out titled “No Excuses: Being the Father My Son Deserves”! I wrote it with one of my fav authors @bwilliamsauthor. Y’all have to check it out…trust me! It’ll be released online & everywhere books are sold soon.”

 

Lil Fizz is a father to son ‘Kamron David Frédéric’ with ex-girlfriend Moniece Slaughter. We are so proud of him for putting out a book that shines the light on being a great father. This is about the best book to be released currently in a society where so many black men are being labeled as “dead beat fathers”.

Mona Scott Young is either one of the most praised producers of all time—or the most hated—either way her television babies, VH-1’s Love & Hip-Hop franchise, seems to be more popular than ever. Now covering New York City, Atlanta, Hollywood, and soon Miami, these series do not seem to be going anywhere, anytime soon. Still, just because the shows are hits does not mean all of their cast members deserve the limelight. (Coughs “Karlie Redd”) Indeed, this franchise has seen some of the best– and worst– people we have ever seen when it comes to the rap and hip-hop genre. However, only one of them really knows the tea of what is going on in Hollywood—Jason Lee; celebrity news and gossip blogger, the CEO of Hollywood Unlocked, and the talk of Tinsel Town on Love & Hip-Hop’s Hollywood! Being in the “know”of things in Hollywood can often make you persona non grata. Thankfully, that has never bothered Jason as he prides himself on being about his business and keeping his ear to the streets!
As we already know, his initial introduction to us on the show was rather shady and volatile. This season, however, he is determined to show the world he is a real person and even more importantly that he means business. Unsurprisingly, he does admit his being on the show has somewhat changed his everyday life. “Well I still feel like I’m being my authentic self, but now when I go places people recognize me so I have to watch what I wear [he laughs]. So I can’t get away with pajama pants and a Superman top anymore!” Fan response to his appearances has been mostly positive but he admits he does have some hecklers. “I was at the Essence Festival and some guy was yelling at me from across the street for me to go back to Hollywood [he laughs].”

Every Monday night on VH1, you are graced by a cast of several industry individuals. A depiction of their life on national television for millions to see. We get the raw reality of their personal lives and many determine opinions about what they see in a small edited 60 minute segment. Can we really judge what we assume is reality? Are we able to dictate what’s real or fake? This season Love and Hip Hop Hollywood returned with our favorite married couple Willie and Shanda Denyce Taylor. What turned into a season which was supposed to focus on their music, ended up in a harsh battle of marriage, lies and humiliation. Kontrol had the chance to converse with the talented LHHH star Shanda Denyce on her opinion of this season, her cast-mates, marriage, family and music.

This season Shanda goal was to focus on her upcoming music and solo career. Shanda says “I want people to know who I am outside of my husband.” The biggest misconception that viewers believed last season was “I danced on poles without telling my husband. People thought I was an untrustworthy wife. I previously dance before I gave birth to my son…I didn’t have a backup plan or money to get a degree. When I was in college, I went to dancing. It helped me become a better mother. I was more responsible…I danced at a gentleman club…Never have I ever danced at Nikki’s club. I haven’t danced in a very long time.”

With that storyline came bad labels. Based off of what people seen on television her motherhood and parenting skills became a question. This sparked a lot of controversy and intense feud between cast-mate Moniece Slaughter another mother on the show. Shanda explained without a doubt “I’m an amazing mom! I do it how I feel I can. They are in school and in extracurricular activities….I’m an amazing mom!” Furthermore, she took the initiative to reach out to Slaughter “I made an opinion about her…to not use an excuse of being a mother. I called to apologize for making an opinion as a mother. There is no right or wrong way for being a parent. I just wanted to be the being a bigger women.”

VH-1’s Love & Hip-Hop franchise continues to dominate cable television in ratings and drama! The sheer amount of ratchetness we are served is only slightly balanced by some of the most bodacious women ever to grace a television screen. Sure the franchise boasts, or has boasted, beauties like Yandy Smith, Remy Ma, Joseline Hernandez, Karlie Redd, Rasheeda, Hazel E, Masika Turner, K. Michelle, and even Erica Mena; none of them can hold a candle to the extravagantly gorgeous, Miss Nikkii Baby!

Now that Love & Hip Hop Atlanta is closing out, it’s time to prepare for the premier of a new season of Love & Hip Hop Hollywood, filled with baby drama, threesomes, bad wigs and of course, love and music.

Entering its third season of scandal, the Hollywood franchise adds some newcomers who are celebrated within industry circles for their talent with the pen, Safaree Samuels, Lyrica Anderson and rapper Fetty Wap, who is connected to returning season 1 cast member Masika Kalysha.

Notice the name Lyrica Anderson? If not, the singer/songwriter co-wrote Beyonce’s “Jealous” and Jennifer Hudson’s “Walk It Out.”

Although Hazel-E, Omarion and Apryl are missing from the lineup, this season looks to be interesting, especially with Moniece stirring up drama with Brandi, Lil Fizz and Princess Love.

Love & Hip Hop Hollywood premiers Mon. Aug. 15 at 8/7 (CST).

Miles Brock from last season of Love and Hip Hop Hollywood sat down with Hollywood Unlocked Uncensored and spoke on his break up with ex-boyfriend and former cast mate Milan Christopher, along with his new alleged relationship with former Basketball Wives cast member Sundy Carter.

Miles spoke on how messy ex-boyfriend Milan has been ever since their split. He first addressed rumors that him and his ex girlfriend Amber (also on the show) were cousins. Brock denies the rumor and says it was started by Milan in efforts to try and discredit him and Amber’s story line on Love and Hip Hop.

Is there really something to this “delivert” thing or is Mona Scott Young reaching for a far-fetched story line in the next season of VH-1’s hit reality series, Love & Hip-Hop Hollywood. As you know the series broke ground by showing the first gay male couple in the franchise’s history with model, artist, and fashion designer, Milan Christopher Gordy and aspiring rapper, Sir Brock. The show prominently featured the latter’s struggles with his sexuality and coming out to his family and ex-girlfriend, Amber Hunter. However, after the season wrapped the couple found themselves stationed right in Splitsville, when at the reunion special Milan decided against proposing to Miles, revealing his boyfriend had been cheating on him. Milan and Miles have since gone on to both declare the other is fake, phone, and that there is no chance of a reunion.

One of television’s hottest and classiest couples is chucking the deuces to Mona Scott-Young’s “Love and Hip Hop: Hollywood“.  Music artist, Omarion and his longtime girlfriend Apryl Jones have announced that they will NOT be returning for season 3 of the hit Love and Hip Hop franchise show.

In an interview with Essence Live!, Apryl revealed that they won’t be sticking around to allow reality television to ruin their relationship.

“We’ve never been worried about the ‘show curse’ because when we walked into Love & Hip Hop we were prepared for what they were going to put us in and they had a lot of respect for Omari and I. We knew we would be okay walking in and walking out,” said Apryl.

Love and Hip Hop Hollywood’s Nikki Mudarris & her mother Marcelle are being sued by Ace of Diamonds (AOD) Nightclub after Nikki posted a billboard the featured fellow Love and Hip Hopper Masika. The billboard not only showed Nikki’s enemy’s mugshot but it also called her a T.H.O.T.
